Our Story
ObserveOps was founded by a senior observability practitioner who spent four years vendor-side as a Solutions Architect, designing enterprise APM deployments for 15+ Fortune 500 companies. After watching the same patterns repeat — bolted-together monitoring stacks, alert fatigue, runaway ingest costs, teams fighting their tools instead of using them — we started ObserveOps to be the specialist team enterprise engineering leaders always wished they could hire directly.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. Our founder is currently embedded in production observability at a Fortune 500 SaaS, which means our recommendations come from someone who lives in the same fire drills you do.
We're anonymous on the public site by design — most of our work is NDA-protected. Full identity, certifications, and references are shared on the initial 30-minute audit call.
